1.2 "Service Provider" refers to health clinics, doctors, and other healthcare professionals listed on Slip Buddy.
1.3 "Platform" refers to Slip Buddy’s online presence through its website and mobile applications (Android and iOS).
1.4 "Consultancy Fees" refers to any fees paid by users to Service Providers for consultations through Slip Buddy.

2.1 Eligibility

• You must hold a valid license to practice and comply with all Indian regulations, including the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, and the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010.

2.2 Registration

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including license details and practice address.
• Slip Buddy reserves the right to verify all provided details before approving your registration.

3.1 Compliance

• Maintain valid licenses and adhere to ethical and medical guidelines under Indian law.
• Protect patient confidentiality and handle data in accordance with applicable laws.

3.2 Service Quality

• Ensure timely and professional delivery of healthcare services.
• Adhere to the appointment schedules and communicate any changes promptly through the platform.

4.1 Consultancy Fees

• Consultancy fees will be processed through Slip Buddy’s platform, with payouts within 48 hours of service confirmation.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel an appointment, the user will receive a full refund. Repeat cancellations may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

5.1 Exclusive Use

• During the term of this agreement, you agree not to use any competing platforms offering similar services.

5.2 Breach of Non-Compete

• Breaching this clause may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

6.1 Governing Law

• These T&Cs are governed by Indian laws, including the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration. Slip Buddy will appoint the arbitrator, and the decision will be binding.

7.1 Termination by Slip Buddy

• Slip Buddy may terminate your account for non-compliance, repeated complaints, or fraud.

7.2 Termination by Service Provider

• You may terminate this agreement by providing 30 days' notice in writing.
